Alexei Khmelnitsky graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 1988, he headed the newly-created Department for Gas Industry and Gasification of the RF Ministry for Fuel and Energy. There he convened a group of like-minded people, who then formed a nucleus of ERTA Analytical Group.

Since his work for the Ministry, his independent opinion is highly appreciated by industrial officials, as well as managers of major companies. His experience, connections, charisma and outstanding intuition add to the basic assets of our Company.

Sergei Shevchenko

Engineer-physicist by education, Sergei graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

His specialization is resolution of conflicts arising during realization of investment decisions. He identifies tradeoffs, carefully analyzing and considering the interests of each of the parties.

Sergei likes communicating with people more than reading documents. Although, emotional impressions never withstand the facts. He effectively manages project teams which supply those facts.

Valentin Mordasov

Being one of the first Company’s collaborates, he has been maintaining the largest independent database on the Russian gas industry since the moment of the Company’s foundation. Valentin is a polymath in the field of the industrial history and practices.

His skill to see non-trivial consequences of the known events is the base of conclusion-making for our projects.

He maintains wide informal relations with the industrial mass media, has the editor’s knowledge of the Russian language.

Irina Grechishkina

Expert for State Regulation of Natural Monopolies

Before joining the staff of ERTA Group, Irina supervised the gas and coal industries as an RF FTS official, and most of our clients know her as the expert in the field of antimonopoly regulation. She is perfect in writing the Russian regulatory documents.

In addition, she is uniquely qualified in the field of production, transportation and consumption of liquefied hydrocarbon gases and gas condensate. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

The serious approach to risk assessment is always connected with situation modeling. Andrei develops program models which we used every day in our working routine, such as: the Russian gas transportation model, the model of scenarios of the gas industry’ development until 2030, etc.

Anna Usanova graduated from the Moscow State University of Lomonosov. Economist, an expert in crisis management.

Elena Strukova

Project manager of transport tasks

Elena Strukova graduated from the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, candidate of economic sciences.

Specializes in developing strategies for companies in the sphere of railway transport. Evaluates the investment projects efficiency and can form various sets of tariff policy in the industry.

Andrei Boris

Project Manager

Andrei focuses the team efforts of lawyers and analysts on solution of project tasks. He prepares reports and presentations for our clients; but the key component of his job is structuring of complex processes, such as resources development and transportation. Andrei transforms informal “rules of life” into formal mathematical relations.

Andrei is a developer of the gas transportation system model, one of the creators and ideologists of the main pipeline gas transportation’s tariffs determination method. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Candidate of Sciences.
